sarahferraraweddings.com Privacy Policy

If you have questions or concerns about the way sarahferraraweddings.com collects, uses, or discloses your personal information, please email us using the contact form link at the top of each page on this website.

We take your privacy concerns very seriously, and will always take appropriate measures to protect your personal information.

Personal Information
On sarahferraraweddings.com you are able to browse the site without giving us any personal information, however we do require personal information if you use some of our services (such as sending an enquiry through the site, or contacting us through the contact form).

The information we collect on our site via the forms may include your name and physical address, and contact details (including your email address).

If we hold personal information (as defined in the Italian data protection act) about you, we may use this information to:

provide our services for you;
promote and market our services to you;
collect money you owe us;
If you do not provide information we reasonably need in order to provide the services you have requested from us, we may not be able to provide our services to you.

Use of your information
sarahferraraweddings.com does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We only collect personal information from you that we need to perform a service you have requested. For example, if you want me to photograph your wedding, I will need many details about you and your wedding day in order to fulfill my contractual obligations to you and perform the photography service. Once that service has been provided, I will remove your data that was collected at the time you submitted the form, as it will no longer be needed.

Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Who can see my information?
Your information is safe and secure and we do not publish any of your information without your approval.

We would release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate for legal compliance and law enforcement.

The photographs of your wedding, the copyrights for which always remain with me, the photographer, will be published on this wedding as part of my portfolio and in order to market my photography services and show previous real weddings I have photographed, unless otherwise expressly agreed by me in writing and upon additional payment of a reasonable “confidentiality” supplement. However, if you object to the publishing of specific photographs, contact me at sarahferrara@gmail.com at any time and I will remove said images immediately.

Images published on this website can be shared on social media, for example via Facebook or Pinterest, but cannot be copied, downloaded or dragged into a visitor’s folder. However, visitors may be able to take a screenshot of the page and therefore record the image that way.

Updating Your Personal Information
sarahferraraweddings.com provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc. You have the right to see the information we hold about you and to correct that information if you believe it is incorrect. This can generally be done by contacting us through the “contact us” link at the top of every page on this website.

Email
From time to time you may receive emails from me – this may be relating to your enquiry, confirmation of a service request, emails to let you know your photographs or albums are ready. These are personal, not automated emails.

If you don’t know how to do this, please search Google for information on “how to remove cookies” or “how to browse incognito”. This will remove or prevent cookies from being stored in your computer or browser, but may affect your user experience of our and many other websites as cookies are necessary for the functioning of most websites.
